Help on High pitched singing

What can i do to be able to hit higher notes when singing????? Not death metal tho. Anyone?

I don't know what I do...I just get as much volume as I can so it's not a weak high, falsetto thing...Unless you want falsetto?

Man, I get real sweaty after I wack my dong.
