Guilty Gear
The guy who writes the music, whoever he is, is a really good musician, I think, and had made some really memorable music, and the game its self rules from fast paced action, plus all the metal references in it of bands such as slayer, testament, iron maiden, judas priest and all that other shit, if you want a deeper look into the references, go here:

As far as I know Guilty Gear is one of the only games with semi-metal music in it,

This has already been raised in the chit chat forum, and that games music isnt very good anyway. If youre looking for metal music in a game why hasnt anyone ever said Quak II for fucks sake? That has METAL not semi metal, good music.

the reason I said semi-metal was because not ALL the songs are metal or have metal roots, but some of it is, yes metal...and what do you define metal by, bone crushing, hard driven complex riffs with screaming? thats not the only kind of metal that exists, Guilty Gear's music is more on the dream theater progressive style, with some hints of various other metal bands thrown into the mix.
but then again I also didn't mentino Quake II cause i've never played it.
If it was discussed in chit chat I dont know about it because I dont go there, but anyways, I was asking for tabs and about the musician behind the music, not if you thought it wasn't good, so save that for the one in chit chat.
Also...I wasn't even sure if I should put this under bands for the music it deals with and its references, or tabs because I was asking for some tabs for the game as well.

Hit videogamejam.com or something, just search video game tabs on google and sites like and including that one will appear. If this was about tabs and not the game, It should have gone in tab questions and requests.

Yeah I figured it should go in tabs, but I was also curious who else liked the music, but apaprently theres one in chit chat, ill just check that one out.
