If you're looking for a Triamp MKI, look here, NOW!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...me=STRK:MESE:IT
must be the best deal I've ever seen on ebay so far...
seriously, that's a steal. I'm not a US resident so its out of the question for me, besides I don't have the money for it. but this is still an amp I want to own at some point in my life. probably when I'm older and playing more different stuff, but hell, I know i'de be a good investment, I prefer the MKI's above the MKII's anyway.

The TriAmp MKII received a total makeover in terms of both visuals and sound. All three amps and six channels have been revamped from the bottom up and tweaked to satisfy 21st-century tastes in tone. With the optional MSM 1 module installed, the amps FX loop can be configured in series and in parallel via MIDI. The rear panel sports a handy Half-Power switch that halves its output power from 100W to 50W. The Power and Standby buttons are now on the front panel. In contrast to its predecessor, the TriAmp MKII is not equipped with reverb.
The Master Volume knob controls Amp 1 A directly, while Amp 1’s Volume knob exclusively controls Amp 1 B. This allows you to dial in and call up two different clean sounds with different volume levels.

that's it. it has different tones, on all six channels. and some other slight control changes.

the mkI has reverb, other than that the biggest noticable difference is amp 2' channel 2 is extremely muddy and bassy(like a recto with a bbe kinda rumbly) on the mkI's... plus mkII's have the midi module stock. with the mkI's you have to find the module and get it installed.
i'd take it in the ass for either though....
