That's the joke of the fuckin' cartoon; both have the name of post Renaissance, pessimistic philosophers. Terrence Hobbs does not. There's no joke with him. He's a black man with a guitar. That's not funny.

So, what this teaches us is the following:

1. It's a good idea to learn to spell.
2. If you learn to spell, conflicts based on assumptions based on your piss poor spelling will never come up, and therefore never need me to resolve them by insulting you.
3. If you don't learn to spell, then at least learn to shut the fuck up so I won't ever have to resolve the stupid shit you started because you couldn't be bothered to spell the name of somebody you respect properly - which is not cool by any standard I respect - and post in an RTT again.

What is with the third degree on spelling these days? It's New Years Day, I would imagine people are not in their minds. Plus, some people don't take care in reading the posts. I am sure those who learn audibly, think Hobbes... Hobbs... they sound the same maybe i am just spelling the other guys name wrong. One letter is not really a travesty (in my book atleast). Perhaps mistaking Hobbes for Hives or Hobbes for Peter is complete stupidity, but this is not nearly that big. So sit back and have a drink, don't be so tense! Its a New Year lighten up for a little bit.

He probably has had a drink, and now he's hungover and cranky..... I agree on the spelling though..... too many people don't spell properly. But, one letter is okay in most cases.

Quiet. I'm more lightened up than you know. I've also been drinking more than you know. Normally, I don't care about a spelling error. If there are two pages based on the fact that nobody noticed that two people spell their last name differently, I do care. It gets annoying. That it's New Year's Day does not affect me.

happy fucking new years everyone, even though, as of right now, i am 3 hours, 25 minutes, and 27 seconds late. my girlfriend was supposed to come over, but she had been up since 3-4ish this morning puking, and her mom told me she was turning green, so she didnt come over. i hope 2005 will be a great year, my new years resolutions are to never again eat to the point of puking, it doesn't feel good, as well as to ease back on my masturbatory habits, trying to get down to once a week, maybe once a month, anymore its just an incovenience(sp?). this is going to be a big year for me, i am turning 18, graduating high school, and hopefully, starting college in the fall. i mean holy shit, i am going to be a fucking adult, this is kinda of a scary thing for me, going out on my own, i haven't had to rely on just myself yet, so i don't know what to expect, and it's kind of frightening. hell, i have trouble getting up on time in the morning, and im supposed to be going to college soon, and getting a job so i can pay for car insurance, thats some big shit, but i think i can do it. the mods, atleast as far as i know, they are all adults, so they know what its like, and i have absolutely no i dea where all that shit just came from, and im sorry to anyone who actually is going to sit there and read all this shit. im done with this post now.
