My friends and I were planning to spend New Year's down in Sorrento (beach town, about 2 hours away), but I just got a call saying the guy who was going to drive us fucked his car up in the early hours of the morning in a drunken drive to get cigarettes. If it were up to me, that would limit the number of posters in that RTT to a very small handful. But, then again, just ask Dylan what I'd be doing right now if I had these fancy mod powers with suspensions and bans and such. It would be a great week.

Well, this Sunday Walpurgis and I are off on our adventure to Seattle to his next duty station. We're driving cross-country and have about 10 days to do it in. We figure about a week doing about 500 miles a day and then I'll fly home on the 11th. So don't miss me too much. I doubt you'll know I'm gone, but I thought I'd let you know about the roadtrip at least. It sounds like it will be fun, but I'm still nervous about it.

HEY, what base is he stationed at, because i live like 30-45 minutes from Ft. Lewis, and my parents are in the army, so they go there every day almost.
