All those strings and frets and only one humbucker. But with the 8th and 9th strings being low as fuck, you only need about five frets to be THE ULTIMATE KORN GUITARIST. All the unused frets and strings will be for show.

And yes I play 7 strings, only because usually I tune in B anyways... so now I dont lose a string. Any lower than B is poo poo mushy territory.

No you wouldnt... Rosewood or Ebony would be pretty muddy with a 9 string. If it was my choice id just get the whole thing maple (including body) This will make the highs suffer... but id only groove on the bottom 4 strings \m/

By the way, this is not a guitar for Meshuggah...it is for one of their fans.....that wants to be more badass than them....lol. I don't know. Its cool though, because that guitar has a 6.5 octave range.....a standard guitar has like a 2.5 or something?? I forgot...either way, if I could afford something like that, I would get one.....just not ass ugly.....
