Has anyone here tried out the Zildjian ZXT Trashformer cymbals?

I went to Samash and I saw them for the first time. They have a really amazing sound. Almost like a hissing. Has anyone else here tried them? Whats your opinion of them?

that thing is weird. I saw it at guitar center it was like $60.00 I thought it was cool but, if you like it get it who cares what we think.

I am pretty sure it was because at his clinic he said he was bringin out a line of cymbals 'similar to the one I used to have that my mum ran over in her car'

I have heard of that cymbal alot and i tried it one time. Pretty cool sounding. I also know of a few drummers who use them.

buy an old peice of shit cymbal take to it with power tools and see what you can come up with, I got a cymbal where one side is china type, the other side is normal type, it sounds fucking cool!!!

Thats awesome. I messed with one of the cymbals that came with my drum set and dented it with sticks all over and it sounded like a china. Its in my closet somewhere.
