think of it like this... If a person calls and gets into a fight he would go to that place and fight the guy who would not give him a $4.29 credit for text messaging, or a guy who works there drive to his house and blows his brains out becuase he didn't like him on the phone.

and yes the poeple DO know where there calls are going to, they get 2 places halifax and lubbok texas, and they like us better , but in cingular (once at&t) this guy was in town and called customer care, and didn't like the guy who he was talking to, drove to my work waited outside for him, and beat him up.

Well, there has to be ways to block locations. There's ways to block everything else. I can understand that but it seems pretty ridiculous. People should realize that people such as yourself are only doing a job based on the information from an account. It's not a personal grudge match thing. People are soooo stupid sometimes.

A phone gripe I've also heard is that people who live right on a the Lake a few miles from here get Canada's emergency service when they call 911! Couldn't we have different numbers to prevent that? Someone could die having to call through an operator assisted call because of the time factor.

But anyways, I wonder why they like you guys better? Not meaning any rudeness, but how is that comparison done?
I got a call tonight supposedly about a credit card payment I'd made. The guy had the wrong date and the wrong amount, too. I told him I was not disclosing that info and they could contact me by mail if there was a problem. I could hardly understand what the guy was saying first of all because of his accent and the phone was cutting out and then it would get loud.
