trust me my american friend, i work in a call center that deals with cell phones, and these hicks call in on their phone in their trucks yelling at me, their kid in the back seat, and the guy who cut them off, and the whole fuse of anger was sparked from a $.06 (yes THATS RIGHT 6 FUCKING CENTS!!!) in internet charges on their phone.

I only needed a phone once while i was driving, and i was luck to have one (snow on road with VERY bad tires=no fun).

I've noticed even the slightest big of money taken away from people in the cell phone buisness pisses the hell out of people. I walked into a cell phone place, a guy is screaming and yelling "I BOUGHT THIS 350$ PHONE 3 YEARS AGO AND IT BROKE AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY 50$ TO REPLACE IT!" It was rediculous. Maybe this kinda thing just pisses them off.

they think its a HUGE scam, i had the fun of dealing with this one women who HAD to have been wearing a tin-foil hat to keep the aliens from brainwashign her, she called in about taxes, and asked what she had to pay them I said:

"well, everything is taxed, and when you get a bill you DO get taxed for your service, just like for your water, electrical, and regular phone bill."

Then she said:

"whats this tax here... regulatory cost recovery fee"

My reply:

"well ms. *Beep* are you aware of the FCC? its a tax we charge that goes to them, and its used for A) the number for your phone, and any service that has to be done with it."

and the kicker:

"well that just a fucking scam, there are numbers to call for people like you, taking money from the working class for your own evil needs, there is no such thing as the FCC! I think that just some dumb cover story that you use so you can keep your dirty money, and that no one will catch on, well I did, and I will not pay this bill... PERIOD!"
