I hear ya! An old b/f did that once when we were fishing. Cool as heck. Someone must have been icefishing and he happened to see it not far from the shore so he snagged it and dragged it in.
Wally's older little brother was fishing with me once and he got a bunch of bobbers and a couple lures. He'd overcasted and hooked a mess up in a tree. I told him to pull straight back on the line and it might come out. Well, it did. The whole works let lose and sprung back and hit him right in the jewels. I laughed my ass off. The hooks missed him, thank goodness, but the expression on his face when he doubled over was just as priceless as when the frog jumped up his pantleg. Oh man.
He was so much fun to go fishing with. I miss that.

i dont know if anyone answered this yet cause i only read the first page. independent is a skateboard company. but that particular brand is one that even non skaters wear... posers. there are other brands that are generally worn more by posers. maybe youve heard of DC shoes. i have no idea why independent became so popular, i think the only thing they make are trucks, those being the metal that hold the wheels on. and their trucks blow. i guess its just the name "independent", i guess people see it more so as a statement than advertising. some people wear it without even knowing its for skating. its actually a little pathetic, depending on how you view it. |

He was so much fun to go fishing with. I miss that.

Hahahah, nice one. I actually happen to hate fishing. I simply do not have the patience. As it so happens, when I went fishing the other day - I had to pick the hottest day we've had on record (here) so far this year. Never been so sunburnt in all my years. |
