Dean Guitars
I just happen to have a Dean and it is the greatest guitar ive ever played next to an awesome custom Ibanez i played. Has anyone here ever played a Dean? I was just curious if it was just one special guitar or if all Deans are very easily played and sound great because it seems like sometimes the guitar companies have all crap guitars but one special godly one.

i have a dean v and its a great guitar. the only shit part about it is that i'm left handed and i have to play it backwards.  hopefully for my next guitar i could get a nice custom.

my dad has an EVO. realy nice looking and plays well too. iv played shity deans, but those were realy cheap...

i had this red dean.. it sucked like a vaccuum. sounded like shit, poorly built and ALOT of feedback. but i've seen good deans before

I once played the dean michael angelo batio uses in the speed kills video. The strat type guitar. with the tiger eye finish. It played awesome. Not too expensive either

I use a dean z so fucking nice i got a les paul aswell but my dean owns it the neck is thin n confortable to play the stock pick ups are really nice to, it sounds so fucking nice, the thing is i cant find a god damn fuckin case for it so its hard to lug it about so i use it at home alot n use my les paul for gigs n that. also the dean is quite light, if your thinking about gettin a dean go for it you wont regret it just dont by the baby 1's lol, unless ur a midget.

I recently played the new black gold ML V and Z versions theyre ok but I kinda was bit dissapointed , They look great but for some reason I think the 79s play and sound better.
Maybe Ill try em again , they really look hot with the trans black and gold hardware. but looks are secondardary in my book to playability and sound

Ok since my last post ,I bought a Black Gold V, its a good guitar , fast neck ,great finish and the gold hardware looks bad ass but Im changing the pups to Gold Covered Duncans probably JB/59 set. Then I think it will be a great guitar.
Its a hot looking guitar , and for what I paid (STEAL LOL ) I could afford to swap the pick ups with not too much worry .

ive played a nice strat style dean. my friends dad has had it for a while. I was supprised how great the stock pickups sound! he sayd he was originally going to swap out the pickups for something better when he bought it, but when he started playing the stocks he loved em
