It's not really fully defined genre, but some of the more technical death metal bands who have been labeled technical death metal are Suffocation, Anata, Psycroptic, Cryptopsy and other such bands. But there are also bands like Cannibal Corpse and Morbid Angel who, in more recent years, have evolved into much more technical outfits.
