Morbid Angel Songs
Well, I want to know what are some good tunes to play in E, I need a 7 string for the songs I really want to play, but are there any tabs out there that have a good rating with the solo, and are in standard tuning?

Have they ever tuned to Standard?
The only song that comes to mind is Desolate Ways.....it's fun to play, quite easy, but only 1 guitar and no solos. And it's Eb tuning.

Eb/E same thing, but i want a solo, everyone i can find you need a 7 string, and all the good ones on a 6 are not tabbed out.

There are a whole shit load of Morbid Angel songs that are in those tunings, if that's what you're asking. Just listen to Altars, Blessed/Sick, and Covenant. Pretty much all of them are in Eb except for God of Emptiness on Covenant.
And yes, there are alot of solos.

humm, i don't like MA solos much, they are all full of effects, and i don't have those effects, so, i don't care much.
I knew the solo from Where The Slime Live, but i forgot that! 
i have to tune my guitar to Eb to play the solo, and play the riffs in another guitar, tuned to Bb! |

There is ageless still I am from Gateways to Annihalation. That is a pretty cool song.....even though the solo is fuckin out there.

Gateways was not played in E or Eb, which he specifically requested. It's a good song, though. Personally, I like Summoning Redemption from that album, some nice riffs in there, especially this one that comes in at 3:06. Plus, throughout that whole song you can hear a bunch of Pseudacris,which is totally awesome.

That is an 3v1L/gr1m/kv1t/n3cr0 tUn3. (I felt an urge to use a few numbers)
Its in Eb anyways and it most definatly rules.
I'm gonna invest in a 7 string guitar next...wich will be a long time from now but I shall have one. I got a warlock in Bb but it does no good with out a high Bb string.
