Peavey TransTube Bandit II Combo
Atm i own a Marshall Mg100DFX but its gettin fixed atm and i want to swap it for something else, i was loking for a tube amp but i cant afford one for quite awhile, so i was thinking about trading the marshall in and spendin the couple hundred for the Bandit II. So i was wonderin if people thought this was a good idea or what?

do yourself a favor and hunt down a used crate blue voodoo combo amp... they have 1x12 and 2x12 models, it's all tube, sounds hella good, and it's waaay cheap. like seriously only a couple($200-$300) hundred bucks.

I really wanted the Bandit II at one point. That's the 80w one, right? I played it at my local music store, it's on special and it sounds great to me. Very clear when heavily distorted. Minimal wish-wash. Instead I'm saving up for a Korg Triton LE. Then after that, a new guitar or the Bandit. Then a nice Ibanez bass I saw. Nice silver, sleek one.

Wait, i am selling a peavey transtube series bandit II 80w because now i take a H&K vortex with 4x12 celestion cab ( ) and THIS IS NOT A TUBE AMP, it has transtube tecnology, so this amp is tube "emulator", but it doesn't work with real tubes

It is a very good ampl, it isnt a tube amp, it is just an emulator, but cheaper than real tube combos (in spain it is a very popular amp) so i recommend you to buy this amp, but it isnt a tube amp anyway :P

Great practice amp.... ima gona get one here perty soon.
if you get the voodoo (i have one) be awere it sucks to practice with (turned down low, as do all tube amps). dont make the mistake i did getting a big ass stack w/o a nice practice amp.
