Mine's embarrasing;
Purple Squier Strat
Epiphone Les Paul Goth
15 watt Fender practice amp (I use it's inbuilt distortion for metal)
Proco Rat distortion pedal (for blues and jazz)
Morley Wah pedal
But soon (!) I shall have a Schecter 007 7 string in "See thru" black! Then afterwards i'm going to invest in a TSL or possibly a Crate.

right now i'm just going chumm chumm with an rg570 ---> boss ns-2 ---> fender rocpro 1000 ---> two vintage ported peavey 4x12's(my baby's). all into a furman power condishioner.
until i sell off the rest of my rack shit, then i'm either going to buy, a h&k triamp(if i can afford it) or possibly a rivera knucklehead II.

i want the knucklehead II. theres a difference.
the rocpro isnt that good, it's just a hella cheap hybrid head, i bought it as a temporary head to use until i get me rig back up and going and then it'll just be a backup. it's damn loud and gives a pretty good sludgy distortion, which is pretty much all i need right now.

Ltd KH-202 (about to install EMG 81/85, thicker DR strings, + extra spring to floyd)
Crate GX-15R (own room, don't need any bigger yet) [saving for an engl ]
Zoom 505II (also own room, god I'll never take it anywhere else!)
possibly an Ltd MMV sometime next summer
no plans on pedals, maybe a wah (dunlop or vox or something) but that's it.
I'll rather get an amp with already good distortions!

When your amp starts to sound very different and the volume decreases you might wanna think about a change of tubes.

Not yet, I have not had the time to play with it since the other day.
I am going to have all weekend to tweak it so hopefully I will like what I hear.
It seemed to take some of the "punch" out of my tone, which was the last thing I expected it to do, but like I said before, I only fucked with it for around 15 minutes at fairly low volume. It did inject some crazy-ass bottom end into my tone with the "lo contour" knob at or near 12:00, though!
On a side note, does anybody know why the "IMG" code is off?
I have pictures of all my shit, but I can't put 'em in my posts.

My equipment is currently undergoing strenuous renovation, and when I'm completely done ( which might be several months from now ), I'll have :
Schecter C-1 Classic with EMG 81 and 85 ( bridge and neck ), shaved neck to reveal raw maple.
Peavey V-type, will probably put EMG's or Dimarzio X2N's in it, although the stock ceramic humbuckers perform surprisingly well.
Some sort of Baritone or 7 string.
Both guitars will have Ernie Ball 9-46 strings.
Peavey 5150 II head ( will receive mods, possibly the Brutal Kazoo from FJA )
Either Randall 2x12/1x15 or same speaker configuration by Avatar. If funds are sufficient, a corresponding 4x12 cabinet from Marshall, or Avatar. Avatar might cost me the least overall. Both cabinets will feature the sigils of Astaroth and Bael, as from the Key of Solomon, and the Necronomicon's "Key Of The Gateway" sigil painted behind the grill of my 5150 II, for summoning otherworldy intelligences from the Abyss. And I'll probably have Jerry P paint those on there. Only after he fasts for several days and remains celebate for months on end.
MXR EQ pedal, Tech 21 wah, Sonic Maximizer and some sort of noise gate, Peavey attenuator. Monster Cables.
And a small Crate 15-watt for when my 5150 II rig is just too much to carry.

I forget the model name ... but they do. And they're supposed to be very good, I hear.

My rig is super ghetto.
Epiphone Les Paul Birdseye,
Line 6 POD,
Samson Servo 120 power amp,
Crate (unkown model) 4x12.
As crappy as the setup seems when I tell people, it sounds pretty good. Before this I was playing through a beaten 50 watt Marshall JCM 800 I got in trade for a diskman in 8th grade with a Jackhammer distortion pedal.
Right now I want to ditch the POD setup because of the fact it's really inconvenient, I only use one patch on it, and a head would be simpler to lug around than a POD, power amp, multiple cables, and power supply.

WTF. dude you have duncans why replace them. its not like the guitar is made of shitty wood. and are you sure you want to shave the neck on a neck through guitar. if it warps your stuck with it. not a good idea.

The kid probably was on crack, it was a generic Wal-Mart CD player, if I remember right I had traded him (it actually was his CD player before) like a cd or something for it, and he wanted it back, and I wanted the Marshall. I didn't even see it till I got it, he told me it was a solid sate practice amp.
Unfortunately I'm using the bean-shaped POD, can't really rackmount it. Plus, if I get a head, I can always use the power amp to expand off my PA.

you can have it repaired... my buddy broke his neck on his les paul standard. had it glued back up, good as new...
that is if it breaks... warping... eh, you can replace the neck... your guitar just will go from being a neck through guitar to a bolt on or glued in...

hmm, xdx ... maybe you're onto something here ...
The JB and Jazz just did not perform the way I wanted them to.
The neck on my guitar is already shaved. And I do love the feel of it.
