Has anyone heard this death metal release by what is now a pop band?
It's pretty awsome in my opinion. It harbours a morbid angel like style by using ambience and lots of desincrinization. It's melodic, and it's hard. The sound production if pretty low, and it can be pretty minimilistic at times, so perhaps there is some black metal influence here? (after all the lead singer of the band was the bassist for emperor on the cd in the nightside eclipse (arguably their best, and perhaps one of the best black metal cds of all). If you are a fan of old morbid angel, than definiltey check this out. Although you can't understand any of the lyrics, it's made up for with it's awsome vocals.
