He did more stuff on guitar by the age of 20 than most people will in a lifetime. If he could still play no one could come close to touching him, there is still almost noone who compares to him!

Which is what he's remembered for. Same with Steve Vai. Think of the full poster pullout from Passion and Warfare, or whichever album that was. Incredible hair.
Jason Becker was very good at the guitar. We can only guess at how good he would be had he been able to continue.

Damn right he's good. Listen to End of the Beginning for one of his best songs. The songs on perpetual burn are some of my favorites as well.
Hell, everything he did was my favorite. ALS is a bitch

Wow... yesterday I looked him up because I had never heard of him before, and now I'm wondering why! He's incredible, not just at guitar, but he's a great composer! How could that have happened to him, he was too good to deserve that. When I listen to his stuff, now, it shows me that I still have a lot to learn... so bye, I'm gonna go learn more now.

About the latest Megadeth Album
I have seen the tabs for Megadeth's last Album on this site. And I also heard a news about Mustaine having some problem with his wrist and was not playing for a while.
Does anyone know the new members of Megadeth. I guess Mustaine is OK now and does anyone know any thing about this new album?

Becker is a genius, amazing musician but an even more amazing person. The way Jason refuses to give in to his illness is a much greater accomplishment than anything he ever done of guitar.
I remember covering Perpetual Burn as a kinda tribute a couple of years ago, probably the hardest thing I've ever done with a guitar.
Jason was an amazing guitarist but still is an amazing musician and more importantly person.
