i will try and make two very different points about chicks and guitars without being sexist.

1. like so many other things (music, driving, computers, science, maths, machinery, management, etc..) society dictates that female involvement should be limited to helping men by making there dinner. Actually I lie, the food one is interesting because the general feeling is that women should do it regularly, but men do it better. all but one of the famous TV chefs i can think of are men. And most head chefs in resturants too. because of this, girls are taught to play with dolls, while boys are taught to play with guns and cars. likewise, wood/metal work in schools are considered more manly than cooking tech(I forget the real name). therefore less girls play guitar, and less good ones emerge.

2. studies have shown that women have different ways of thinking than men.
in IQ tests, men do better with visual tasks and women do better with word based questions.
women are averagely more intelligent, better suited to management and communication, and better suited to education.
men are better suited to physical work, and visual understanding. Both are important with guitar.

3. most famous people are men, most intelligent people are men, most good musicians are men. some women can sing a bit, but so can men. men are better drivers, scientists, leaders(this does not apply to all primates Mr bush),
organisers the list goes on. women are good at cooking and cleaning but men do them both better. women are however better at having continued orgasms and pleaseing my dick. and making babies. and arguing. and confusing men.
actually this list goes on aswell.
