Sorry people there are so many people who need help but i cant find a thread that helps me... I am a master of the minor pentatonic... but it doesnt help for metal... can someone list some scales that would help me out? Dont hurt me!  |

You posted a long time before...I remember you....you asked the same damn question.
This is not a fast process, nor an easy one. I haven't come anywhere close to "mastering" metal solo's, but how you start to learn them is LEARN OTHER SONGS. There really isn't any other way to do it. See if you can learn the harmonic minor scales and/or melodic minor....if you do some searchin around on google and crap you will find the scales eventually in a way to comprehend, but if not, find some guitar person to help you out that you know.
Also mess around alot....and if you fail in scale findings, give me a personal message and i will tab out the harmonic minor positions for you.

I have a nortoriously terrible short term memory, but what's scary is I can sometimes quote word for word things in the past that no one else even has the slightest memory of  people also get freaked about how I remember thier exact birth dates, and sometimes living locations, without even trying while I can't remember any homework assignments or breakfast usually. |
