Look above the text box. There's a row of buttons, starting with B for bold, I for italicized, and U for underlined. Keep going across until you come to the second to last button, a #. That will wrape the code tags. Or just go [ + CODE + ] the text, and then [ + / + CODE + ].
But powertab's a good way to go in the future.

Saw Megadeth and Exodus on Tuesday. YES!!! It was in a club so I got real close to the front. Fuckin' Exodus were awesome and Megadeth ruled!!!! Before they went in to "Die Dead Enough" (that song's so cheesy) Mustaine was talkin' about writing it for the Tomb Raider soundtrack, and someone near the front screamed "Tomb Raider Sucks!!!"
