Non forum user clean up.

Maybe we could clean up and delete all the users who dont post like people with accounts over 6 months old and have 0 posts could be deleted, it might save a lot of space on the servers. or maybe include some account experation, like if you dont make atelast 1 post ever 8 months your account will expire. I dunno just thought all these useless users should be taken care of.
