Time for a little history lesson:
The Black Dahlia was an up-and-coming actress in Hollywood named Elizabeth Short who moved from Brooklyn to become famous. She played many short roles in low budget films and never really got the fame she never really sought. She came a waitress in a bar to get a little money on the side, as well as whoring herself after work. She became known as The Black Dahlia as for she wore beautiful black dresses 24/7, this became her only claim to fame.
The last night she was seen alive, she was with her new boy friend in a five star hotel. Her body was discovered by a woman and her daughter five days later, mutilated and bisected. When first reported, they said they thought it was a mannequin that was ripped limb from limb. The only identification the police went by was a rose tattoo on the thigh, similar to the one of Elizabeth Short. The body showed many burns and her mouth was cut from ear to ear, possibly one of many sighs that the killer was trying to morph her body into a human horse. Over twenty men confessed to the murder, and today it still goes unsolved.

There are about five movies in various stages of production at the moment about the black dahlia murder. I'm sure each one's nice enough to solve it for us.
And, though admittedly this was a murder I never researched much, I remember reading somewhere that the name came from the way she was cut up, but I suppose it's not a great leap that I'm wrong about that.

I know this has been asked a million times before but what is everyone's age...I'm 18..I turn 19 in 4 months...ummmmm, legal liqour/cigarette age..*drools* 
Oh, and one more thing, state what you do in life.. for example if you have a job, school, ect.
I'm currently on my 4th year of a supposed to be 3 year high school run.
