Ibanez Tb Halfstacks?

Anyone played on these cabs/heads?

I have wondered about those amps too. They don't cost much but that might be because Ibanez are new to making big amps and they want to get their stuff out to poeple.

I tried one, and it pretty much met the stereotype pinned onto solid state amps. The sound was 2 dimensional. There was no roundness whatsoever. This is the epitome of all solid state crappiness.

He tried one and he only did that ad 'cause Ibanez owns his ass. He didn't say anything bad about it, but nothing good either. All he said was it was OK for the price and not a bad value. I'm sure there was some omissions too.

i think those cabs blow ass personally... i played the 50w 2x10 and a half stack one.... garbage... give me a crate or randall for the same price over an ibanez tone blaster...
they make amazing guitars, good pedals, and they used to make fucking awsome rack gear.... but these things don't cut it for me.

Dunno 'bout the Randall, but you should give the Peavey Supreme XL a try... now that's a very nice solid-state. I think it and the RH100 are serious competitors...?

I have an Ibanez ToneBlaster 50R. I have a few recordings with it. I personally like the tone and sound from it.

Sample 1
Sample 2
Sample 3
Sample 4

I think that's it. If you mess around with the settings enough you can get a very nice guitar sound.
