My Second Guitar
Well, ive been playing on a red dean guitar, its fairly OK but I have been looking to upgrade, what should I get any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

well, budget isnt a huge problem, if I had the money i would buy a new car instead so not overly expensive, I mostly play metal (or I want to when I get better)

around 1,000 would be my goal, much over that is obscene, probably something I could order from america, not europe

If you intend to spend that much, I really think opinions will mean nothing. The most I've ever spent on a guitar was 700. Besides, that guitar was easily topped by a cheap 200 that I modded. I'd, personally, rather get 2 or 3 lower level guitars and mod them. There's a lot of quality guitars that are cheap. I just got a Godin (the 200 one) and it is incredible. But if you must splurge, I liked Jackson SLSMG a lot.

I don't know much about modding guitars, I really like the epiphone explorer body but I am totally undecided right now

Yeah, I like to buy $200 guitars and pimp them out.
