Pitch Problem
On 2 of my strings, when played, sounds like a part of it is vibrating against something, and it's making a really shitty pitch sound. Any idea what the problem is? I think it's up near the pegs. They're in tune, so I don't think that's the cause.

Ya, I guess it's similar to a buzz noise. It sounds like there's a pick or something in the way, blocking the path of the vibration, so I only get part of the sound accompanied with that, buzz type thing.
How do you raise the action up?

maybe u need new tuning pegs..
i had a squire once and everytime i played my high e my high e peg would start rattling. i took off the string off the peg and jiggled the peg, it was loose. the other pegs didnt seem to be that way.
i'm not sure if loose pegs are normal, i'm not good with deep technical stuff.
once i changed that peg it seemed to be fine.
forgive me if i'm just repeating and stating the obvious and just telling u wat u already know.
the buzz could be because of the string vibrating against the frets because the strings are too close to the fingerboard. that's most common.
It could also be because the neck of your guitar is in a convex position. meaning for example: holding your guitar in normal playing position. the neck curves toward you. its liek if your body was the neck and you trying to bend backwards. your belly will start touchin the strings.

My high e does that, I need to get it looked at. Either truss rod adjustment or a high fret maybe. Or warped neck.

It could be that the strings got kinked (bent) before being strung up.
