i know a few people that had babies specifically to get more dole, its all well and good untill you have to start feeding the little coots, then it costs more to have them than you get from the dole, but i spose you could rent them out to work in a coke lab or something.

our dole system is fairly leniant, but we have some policies where long term unemplyed people have to work for the dole, i.e. they have to basically do community service so they can get the dole, the point of this is to keep people employable and give the useless cock smokers some skills, the other thing we have is job journals things where you have to prove you are actively looking for work by getting potential employeers to sign your book.
