what do you guys think of this guitar? im thinking about buying it, so do you guys know anything bout it or is it shit?

Well,my brother has that guitar and as all Jacksons,it has a tense hardware and is very good for those heavy,chunky riffs.But on the other hand,it isn't much of a shred machine as for example an Ibanez,but it's still a very good guitar(or so he tells me)and you could do shredding on it and don't forget that it was the great RR's weapon.

Dude,buy it!!Ive missed out the chance on getting one for a less meaner looking guitar and i still wish i could of gotten a v!Everytime i see it i almost shit my pants from how awesome it is!Look at it in real life if you havent already and youll know what i mean. I just recently saw a black one in musician's friend that was going for a thousand something U.S. cash, that guitar left me speechless!

That is a cool guitar, but it only has 24 frets.....and in my opinion (well if you use them) that kinda sucks cus' you can lose out on scale with 22 frets

thats a nice guitar but i BELIEVE it comes with duncan designed humbuckers, which would mean you should probably change them out with some real Duncans or w/e you like

the RR1 is obviously the best RR around, if you don't count the custom models.
Ebay is a great place to buy guitars if you know what you're getting.. but watch out with beeing fucked over.
There's rare RR's around every now and then (like the lightning custom paint and shit) they only go around on ebay and those kinda things, they're not for sale anymore.
duncan designed pickups are shit, period.
