The new song of their's I heard sounds like everything else of theirs I've heard...maybe because I've never really gotten into them too much.

Rammstein is probably one of the worst bands i've ever heard.
this new single sounds exactly like everyother single they've released in the past.

Bend Over, or something to that reguard
i saw them live a few years ago, they were entertaining, whats more it was a big outdoor concert, so there was no threat of asphixiation

I like Rammstein. But they ain't "heavy as fuck." They're in no way that heavy. The only new song I've heard is "Amerika" and it annoys me. My german teacher plays Rammstein in class sometimes!!!! THAT'S AWESOME!!!!

I don't know, it seems like whenever they have a good idea, they either overuse or piss on it. Take Du Hast for example: Pretty good build up and opening riff, and then techno. Techno. If they could make a good idea last for more than a minute, thye could be pretty good.

agreed. that song really sucks. just a weird cover of yellow submarine i think
but on most of their songs there is a catchy riff and there lyrics are also "interesting" if you can speak german..
in the song "mein teil" from the new album they sing about that cannibal from germany that invited a friend for "dinner"

The lyrics to America are 'interesting.' I haven't heard the song and don't intend to, but I laughed my ass off as soon as I saw the lyrics.

america is their worst, it would be better if they'd release a song like Los or Stein um Stein as a single. Show's the narrowminded they aren't as nu-metal as it seems

Nah they aren't nu-metal. The music is simple but it's all good fun, I quite like them. I have mutter. I also once performed Sonne in my old band when I was in school. That was funny.

i still think the first album was the best, my band did du hast and Asche Zu Asche back in our high school talent show days. i still like them. mutter wasn't bad, i'm gonna check out the new album tonight if i can. mein teil was a wicked song. america is a little too poppy for my taste, but i still find it getting stuck in my head. overall to this day i still think they are pretty cool

Sonne is probally my fav song by them. I like them, I'm not crazy about them. If they fell off the face of the earth I wouldn't mind. I have a couple of friends who love their music though. Also, stop calling them nu-metal. God damn the nu-metal label gets thrown around enough here as it is.
