well u see i have a 008 gauge and i'm tuned to d#,i removed one of the springs and i have 2 of them now,but then i desided to install the third one again so the tremolo will get back to it's position faster,so when i installed the third spring, the neck started buzzing on the open low E and on the first and second frets of the 4th string so i desided to adjust the truss rod,so i tried to tighten it or loosen it but the buzz didn't go away.
so i desided to get back to the factory settings to adjust the truss rod in a good way that's why i need the original height.
any way what i need is a low action without buzzing,so i have to work on the bridge height and the truss rod adjustement.and thanx for replying.

Take it to a shop, you don't really seem to be able to it yourself.

i have an rg, you want the edge pro end of the free floater to be about a quarter inch above the reccess in the body and tighten your springs till the edge is around level when your in tune or you'll still buzz.
