while this has been answered time and time again... i should tell you to fuck off and search, i'll be nice. i'd say go with the digitech metalmaster, you can get alot of sounds out of that one pedal. its what i retired my boss metal zone for. however, your best bet is to save up and get an amp with a built in distortion that you really like. it will be better for you in the long run. only reason i use pedals alot is because i bought the wrong amp for the sound i wanted.
