Blast beats

What are some good execises to get better doing faster blasts. Also, can you still get lots of speed using just your right foot or would it be better spliting it with both feet, or to just learn both...\m/

if you have a lot of bandwith (and/or time) download Derek Roddy's Instructional drum video, that will teach you a couple of different exercises.

Blastbeats I am a little sloppy, but the main problem is I get tired after only doing them for a little bit. I need to get into better shape!
