well, i still have the pint, but i am going to drink it tonight, because tonight is definately an occasion. im staying at the beach, this time with all my friends, and it is the last night of our spring break. after this, i SHOULD be through with drinking. im not saying i wont have a couple of beers a week, but im saying im not buying a big bottle of liquor every single weekend anymore. so maybe i shouldnt say "ive quit", but going from half a bottle on a given night, to a couple of beers is a pretty big change, IMO. so its back to black lager for me. |

if i had the money, i would purchase shiner bock (only in texas) or have some alaskan amber shipped to me (the most delicious beer i have ever tasted).
honorable mentions-
coors-cheap fairly decent beer.
heiniken-more expensive but a little more flavor.
i recently had this one beer with organic barley, but it was lik 8.1%. really expensive but tastey as fuck. doesn anyone know what that was??

Alaskan Amber is great, that shit's on tap everywhere up here
Hefeweizen and Blue Moon are good amber beers too. They have a weird, almost like an orange taste to them, but they're good.

The best cheap beer would have to be Miller High Life. It's like 13 bucks a case (for bottles) and tastes better than most domestic beers.

Meh, it's a pretty generic strong lager if you ask me. Lager is a bit dull in my opinion.
I'm quite into ales, see if you can get your hands on these:

Old Speckled Hen
Also I had an excellent Dutch ale the other night - La Trappe Dubbel - I highly recommend it. |

having some Mickey's now. i prefer Olde E. but apparently its not as popular among convenient stores. Powers' probably knows what im talking about , the 40oz. drinking mother fucker. |

at the moment im drinking pbr not out of choice but since there isent anything else here lol I usualy get some 40oz of mickys or 32 of ice house.
