I'm not much of a drinker anymore. I prefer to smoke weed but as far as my drinks go:
A bottle of red (preferably Penfolds or Seppelts)
Gin and juice (I only drink Beefeater or Bombay Sapphire)
and my beer of choice is Coopers Sparkling Ale

I found Hoegaarden way too sweet and perfumy, Erdinger Weissbier is a really nice wheat beer.
Hah, one time I was pissed as a fart and was drinking straight vodka, I took a piss and when I came back downed my glass without looking at it, my mate had filled it with absinthe! I was dead for the rest of the night |

lol one night I had a shot of absinth then a double shot directly after...by the end of the night I had at least 17 drinks in me...of everything basically except wine and vodka...I was so drunk I could process humour but could not laugh..surprizingly I didn't puke thank god! I think I told this story again but I it was quite a highlight of first trying absinth.

I bought an 8 pack fo Keith's and a bottle of hoegaarden to try...it was pretty good, surprizingly opaque and a little strange aftertaste(must be that orange peel!) but I would try it again. Good job Belgium!

The only thing that gives me a hangover is wine.
When I was drunk at my cousin's wedding my other cousin explained to me why you piss so much when you drink. Aparently its because there's an enzyme in your kidneys(I think that it was your kidneys) that lets you retain water and when you drink the alcohol shuts that down which forces you to piss alot, which results in dehydration, which results in hangovers. So that night I ended up drinking 18 glasses of water because I was paranoid. |

Man wine fucks you up...I've only got drunk off of it a handful of times...the last was at my brother's wedding in the late summer..I was even drinking my dad's girlfriend's and my grandmother's glasses..haha..I had 3 wine glasses on the go being refilled that night as well as a few beer..

Yea I just stuck to wine. I finished 2 bottles. I was pretty fucked up. And it was really awkward too because all of my relatives were there. So here I am trying to act nonchalant(and I think I was doing a good job). Yet I'm really drunk. So I'll have to see what everyone says next time I go to Regina to visit them.

I'm a wreck. last weekend, I thought it'd be fun to spit shots into a fire, later fuel was poured onto it for some reason unbeknownst to me. And fun it was, until the morning when I tasted fuel in my mouth all day. I sprained my ankle jumping off my friends roof, and got banned from the local KFC for throwing a firecracker in the door. I don't remember a thing of it, just one of those times where you go overboard on spirits I guess.
Oh, and apparently I spilt beer all over my girlfriend before this all happened at the bar I was at. So she purchased me another beer, only to have it spilt again. Gah. No more alcohol until... Thursday.

To get drunk in Canada you have to be rich...I just figured out it will cost me $19.12cdn to buy 8 bottles of Hoegaarden(at only 330ml!)..mainly because it's imported and you can only buy them in singles.
But I mean..the cheapest most digusting shit you can buy (Moosehead Dry Ice..8 pack..6%..355ml) costs $11.14 with tax..the normal 8 pack is around $15-16..
Times like this I wish I lived in a 3rd world country...

Well, half and half JagerMeister and Goldschlager is actually pretty good..if you don't mind the wild cimmamon taste.
JagerBomb - Small glass of Redbull(or knock offs), and have a shot glass of Jager ready..dump the shot glass(including the glass) into the redbull and chug. You can also light the alcohol on fire first, but I'd rather get my full alcohol content.

Take a pint of Guinness and a shot of Bailey's (or a mixed shot of Bailey's and Jamison). Drop the shot into the Guinness. Drink the entire pint in one tip. It's called an 'Irish Car Bomb' and is a classic nobody should miss.
If you're not stupid about how you mix beer and liquor it doesn't have to be a problem. But there's no hangover so bad that it should make you reconsider how you drank the night before, unless you happened to mix red wine with whisky and some heavy beer. In that case, you really need to get the red wine out of that equation, or at least refuse to take it in conjunction with any other alcohol. That's just asking for a bad day the next day and probably a bad night then.

BUT, has anyone tried Grey Goose? My cousin said it was by far the superior vodka..but he rarely drinks..comments/suggestions?

Trusty old beer, It's usually my fall-back option. Some nights I cant drink bourbon at all, it just reacts when it hits my stomach. Vodka usually isnt too bad, but the smell almost makes me vomit.
Last night i got a rigger (40oz) of Naheri Gold. A very high percentage beer, does the deed quite well. But smells like a yeast reaction. Had a 12 pack of Speights handy though! After 8 or so beers you can begin to drink what ever you want haha.
Anybody ever done a keg-stand?

I've been drinking a lot of wine and gin lately. Particularly Franzia, Yellow Tail, and Turning Leaf for wine. Beefeater and Bombay Saphire for gin.
