fuck. yesterday i drank half a bottle of jack, the big one. i had never got drunk with that stuff before, but thats because i had only tasted 1 shot a while back. i dont remember anything past the conversation i had with my mom when i left the house, bottle in hand!!! she told me to leave it but i took it with me anyway. she was worried. but im still alive so everythings ok.

Hell yeah down some 32s! Miller high life is the choice of beer my friends. My parents went out on vacation once, left me with a wad of cash which resulted in a black trash bag full of empty 32s.Going to go see Deicide and getting arrested in a trunk! Drinking drinking and more drinking and lets not forget the herbs.So now that ive announced this, I will go back to drinking some more 32s. If it were up to me though, id be getting the 40z. Im barely 17 and have no problem getting beer in my area(San diego,CA) The store owner sells brew to us no problem and he makes sure to keep those 32s in stock! hell yeah 8-)

A couple days ago I bought a bottle of Bolla red wine and was going to have a glass. When I tried to get the corkscrew in after unwrapping it it didnt' really want to go in so I pushed a little harder while turning. I pushed the cork part of the way into the neck. I took out the corkscrew because it really wasnt' doing anything and poked the cork with the handiest thing which was a potato peeler. I had a beige top on that I'd put on for the first time that my mom had given me. The wine spattered out when i pushed the cork so I went and changed and put it in the washing machine. I came back to the wine and pushed the cork into the bottle all the way with a long handled cooking spoon. I poured myself a glass and put some plastic wrap on the bottle. The wine was good. And that's all I drank of it so far.

Well, the next day my hubby walks in with a brown bag and I asked him what was in it. He said he remembered me saying I'd like a bottle of wine so he got some. I went to the fridge and pulled out the one I'd bought. He saw the wrap and wanted to know why it was on the bottle. I took the wrap off and he took the bottle from me and tried to twist the top. I pushed the bottle up to his eye level so he could see the cork in the bottle and told him my little tale.
I have a drinking problem before I even open the stuff let alone ever drink to get drunk. Btw, the new synthetic corks may be better for bacterial control, but they suck to get a corkscrew in.

i liked the two alcohol preference threads better than the other drinking ones, so ive come to this one to share that ive quit drinking all liquor. Been drinking too much of that since 03'. dont know if ill be drinking much beer either. maybe very little and occasionally. im tired of the memory loss, the hangovers, the bad decisions, the fines and whatever other bullshit ive forgotten. im tired of being a fucking lazy bitch. whenever i drink i dont do ANYTHING productive. and im tired of not learning anything new. things are changing, and i hope its drastic.

It seems now that everytime I drink I wake up with colds...ive had this problem for quite some time...eh, it's probably because my room is never cleaned!
Man, I've really turned into a full blown alcoholic, there's a series of questions back in this thread that trendkills posted the link for....I have several "yes's"
There's sayings back in this thread about drinking wine after beer..fuck wine! It's... Beer before Liqour, you'll get sicker, Liqour before Beer, your in the clear. Which is somewhat bullshit, I like mixed drinks after beer nights, although with shots I find beer is really suitable afterwards. However, if you drink a lot in any sequence it will obviously fuck you up.

You are very correct, well when I had my full tire tire warehouse job...my budget was almost unlimited for booze and expensive cigars..I would buy no less than 1.14liters of hard liqour when Id go out, incase someone else wanted to get drunk...but now it's either buy the cheapest beer or leech off friends.
The other night I went downtown with some buddies and they were giving out free Absinthe at a bar..I had 1 shot and then a double shot of the black liqourish flavored shit...lets just say i had over 15 drinks(other everything from beers, gin, rum, crown royal and courvosier) into me at the end of the night and I was so drunk I couldn't laugh...I processed the humour but I was so drunk I couldn't even laugh!

around here in SA, I buy my wine for R5 a bottle. that is about 75 american cents. not shitty wine either, ok reasonably shitty, but not the worst by far (rose or sparkiling). once sold about 10 bottles to some 12 year olds for about 500% profit and all there parents beers.
when it comes to preference: bottle of whiskey straight (with a nice brown paper bag of course) or tequila shots. sometimes I miss the ice though.
