Ok guys, I need your help here.......I'm doing a 'Sanitarium' (Metallica) music video for my Media studies class. I have shot most of the video, apart from the performance aspect of it. In other words, I need to film a band to include in the video as it is a performance & narrative video. Is anyone willing to film themselves and their band with a digital camera and send the clip to me? It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a continuous shot of the song being performed IN TIME with the song (a good tip is to have the music playing in the background). If you don't know the solos, or just can't be assed to learn them, just make it look as if ur playing them. I need this video for as soon as possible and would really appreciate some help Thank you.

i take it ure british then , i m doin media studies and have just finished recording slayers raining blood, i m about to start filmin a narrative to go along with it. anyways i would help but to busy doin my own work. Your best bet if you need help is to just ask around locally where ever u live or record it ureself, anyways good luck

my narrative is having this sorcerer dude whos under this spell and hes tryin to sort it as his time 'slips away' but instead he dyes and then it starts 'raining blood' lol, its really basic but funny and it goes well with the lyrics. Anyways i aint got a clue who will help, get some mates and do it ureself or take metallica's sanitarium vid and edit it if u run out of ideas.

well, ever since starting this thread a while ago, I still havn't got any1 to be in the video, nobody can be bothered and my deadline isn't very far away. I even went to a music store and checked out a few adverts for bands, but they aren't interested. It doesn't even have to be the whole song, just a verse, the chorus and the chugging part near the end, that's it. no solos

why dont u just not do a music video , but do a brochure or some film trailer. You'd easily get actors etc for that
