Cool Recording

Man i wanna record a "home made" demo ,but i dont know what to do to make it work??Im trying to make a one man project so the only thing that i miss its a real demo.What can i do?Exept recording on pc...2 hard!

for drums you can either buy a decent drum mic setup, or buy triggers n' stuff(more $$$ probably)... other wise a beat machine, sampler, sequencer should do if you don't mind...

a cheap but effective multitrack digital recorder could be good... you could plug the bass in directly, or from a direct out on the bass amp. or if you really want to you can mic it...
for guitar, either a direct box/speaker emulator for direct recording. or a good mic + speaker setup, whichever you're more comfortable and like the sound of.
for singing, well it's a bit obvious...
