I actually hesitated to say that, but I was feeling bitchy. heehee Glad it made you laugh.

Peas and carrots are what one of my old co-workers and her husband used to call sex when they'd talk in front of their kids. So when she'd work on the weekends I made sure that at least one day there was peas and carrots on the menu.
Once I even told her I'd fixed her a special plate. I put a short carrot strip with a pea on each side and wrapped it in plastic wrap and then foil with her name on it. She turned so red laughing when she opened that up. Weekend crew was great.

One of my boys g/f's brought home a pretty long-haired cat that was a stray and named it Duchess. When he moved into my house I said no more cats, but she showed up with it one day. I took it to the vet to be spayed and declawed. They called and said there was a problem. Duchess' declawing went fine, but it turned out to be an already neutered male. He became Dutch after that and his personality was so much happier after that. I have a feeling that it was actually someone's pet that decided to inhabit his basement, but he was a good cat.

Completely feral. I got him for free from a friend, who rescued him and his sisters from a pack of wild dogs on a farm - we think his ma was probably eaten by the dogs, she was never found. He grew up in the front seat of a rusted-out ute with his two sisters, both who were remarkably nice for feral cats. Badger was the cunt of the litter. My first sight of him was when he was chewing on the face of a 50kg mastiff. Naturally, such a cat must be adopted.

He is already the size of a normal cat, because I feed him the same calorie-heavy diet I use when I'm trying to gain weight. However, he is only 3.5 months old - still a kitten, really. Considering he was such a malnourished runt when I got him, he should grow up to be FUCKING HUGE.

New furniture and cats with claws just didn't jive with me. He'd brought his own cat here and we had him done. When the other showed up that was the stipulation for him staying. The second one died right after New Years, but we never knew what was wrong with him for sure. When he moved out the first cat went with him which was fine with me. I just don't like animals on my stove and knocking stuff over. He was a climber. It was fun watching him toment the dog, but they got to be buddies eventually. The dog seemed almost relieved when he was gone though.

My dog I got as a pup and she's about 13 years old now and I've had my bird since it was a baby and it's about 11 years old now. The one I had before that was about 9 years old and the dog before was 7. She got hit by a car.
My mom had a poodle that used to get up on a chair on occasion at mealtime and snag something off the table. That irritated me to no end. And I'd caught the cats up on things and in things where they didn't belong. My dog teases for food sometimes, but she's not as sneaky as the cats were. They were horrible mousers and the dog wasn't a very good watch dog so I don't know if I'll get another dog. Mom had a cat and it never got up on anything but a couple chairs and her bed. It was neutered and declawed, too, but it was like that from the start and it was a stray that adopted her. She had it about 14 years, but we never knew anything about it or where it came from. It had to be put down. That was a wonderful cat.
Things are a lot freer when you don't have to worry about pets. The bird is easiest to take care of.

Man, my friend's got two cats, and they're both fucking crazy. Killer and Smoky.
Killer's original name was Kittie, but we decided Killer was more appropriate, as the thing is completely fucking insane. He attacked someone's dog once and chased it out of the yard. Granted, the dog was little, but still, man. that cat is just posessed. Killer is much older than Smoky, but they're alomst the same size now. The young one has grown fast. They fucking fight all the time, and Killer usually kicks Smoky's ass. The crazy bastards will attack just about anything that moves; Killer once knocked down the bird's cage, and was upon it trying to break in when my friend came home and chased his ass away.
He's also trained them to catch shit he throws in mid air and jump over sofas and shit. It's funny as hell. I wish I had some pics of them, they're pretty cool looking cats. I don't even like cats that much, but these guys are an exception, they are a couple of bloodthirsty bastards from hell.

Why can I picture f_b_s getting all kissy faced with his animal? My Smokey was in my bathroom cupboard once and Bob showed me. I don't think I reacted the way he thought though because he got plopped on the floor pretty hard. Bob wasn't real happy, but he's got a lot of patience with critters and they seem to know it. He's like Dr. Doolittle when it comes to animals.
But he tormented them both, too. Dutch liked getting on the back of the couch and looking outside. Bob liked to give him a little push so he'd hang off there. That cat ws the most slothlike thing, but one day he was walking through the livingroom and just jumped way up in the air and did a somersault, landed, and kept walking. Dieff', that used to be on here, was over at the time and nicknamed him Ninja-Kitty after that.
