favorate scale?
whats your fav scale? mines either harmonic minor or the nile scale(not sure of the real name nile opeth and decapitated use it alot)

i dont know alot about blues but if its anything like jazz then id rather play scales that require you using at least 3 fingers to shred the scale.

I mainly use the Harmonic Minor, Augmented, and diminished scales. Along with some modes.
Diminished Apreggios are pretty cool too.

Nile uses alot of Phrygian too, but i like Augmented, Diminished, Aeolian, Phrygian, and all kinds stuff like that

i dont understand how that page works, so you have to stretch all the way from the 3rd to 8th fret?
