100w Bass amp?
I'm looking to get a new bass amp relatively soon(as well as a new bass), and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a 100w fairly high quality bass amp. For over 3 years I've been using a Mircobass so it's about time to start saving my cash.

depends on how much you have to spend really.
peavey makes cheap bigger combo's like the tno/tnt series. I don't think they sound awesome but they do the job at a price that's affordable.

you should really look into more wattage.
I've got a 100w and when we jam (2 guitars, drum), i'm usually at 8. That's not playing a gig either.

Look for a lightly used 100w at a store for cheap, almost anything works...
If not, Ebay it!

Get a laney! Pure british amplification! Mines been practically thrown off a 25 stairset, fallen off the back of a car, and had liquids spilt all over it, and the mofo is still going strong.

I got a Roland Cube-100. Quite versatile, as you can make it sound like some of the most used amps on the market. Read some reviews and see what I'm talking about.
Although it may be a bit more expensive than the average 100w amp.

crate makes a 100w bass amp that kicks ass
2 chanels clean and distorsion
15 inch speaker
octive switch
2 on floor pedals for switching channels
only 69 lbs
only $350
and it has the best sound of any i have tried
i play with to other guitar players one of them has a 200w amp and i can still keep up on my amp .....im not saying to buy it just try it i love mine i ....
i think its best 100w amp money can buy i may be wrong but i doubt it
