I am in need of a very dark and evil classical guitar piece
Yeah what the title said, now i just started classical guitar so i cant do anything INSANE yet.
I am planning on putting a classical peice at the start of a song im wrighting called "Mutilate the zombie whore"
and i cant use tocatta and fugue in d minor because i know a guy who already did that

Night On Bare Mountain by Mussourgsky. I don't know if there is a tab for it but the main motif can be easily figured out.

Yeah, his name is BACH.
Come up with your own guitar piece. That would be 1000x more satisfying... unless it royally sucked.

Take lessons then go from there...I've got a friend who took classical guitar lessons and he can play some pretty cool dark classical stuff.

He means a classical PIECE, as in something a composer has written.

Classical guitar doesnt use so much of a progression of chords, its more of taking chord progressions and disecting the notes of the chord, and learning chord progression would be hella useful for that
but try to go for major simplicity, minor 2nd's/5th's are very useful in creating dark music, infact thats the majority of evil sounding classical music.

No worries. I'll see if I can think of anything else. I would have initially suggested Mars Bringer Of War from the Planets Suite by Holst but Nile have already been there and done it. Hmmm, let me think...

In The Mountain Kings Hall or something i dont know what its name is in english but its real simple and is good exercise because it just goes faster and faster. Can be used for fast palm muting, or trem picking , or just as it is, classic.

In The Hall Of The Mountain King is OK, but it's not really dark and creepy as it has more of a mischievous vibe to it.
Necro_Butcher: I suppose you could try the Neptune or Saturn parts to the Planets Suite as, from what I remember, they have parts that feel cold and forboding.

I'd imagine Saturn's too slow. I don't remember Neptune.
I'd try something by Mahler. I can't recall the names of anything off-hand, though, so I'm useless.

Check out powertabs.net and search for Bach. They have a lot of transcriptions of his work - maybe you'll find something that fits well there.

Adagio by Tomaso Albinoni. It's slow, beautiful, haunting, simply incredibly. I don't know if this translates at all to guitar, but the melody alone is incredible.
Also, you might want to check out Rites of Spring by Stravinsky. I remember there was some seriously sick shit on that one, definitely one to check out.

shostakovich completed his 5th symphony just before he commited suicide, and from what i rekall, theres some parts that are just nihilistic, maybe the 2nd movement is worth a listen.

I've got a great one for you, Necro_Butcher!
Requiem by Verdi.
This is fantastically dark and forboding, but maybe the tempo is a bit to upbeat for what you're looking for. Worth a try anyway.
