Favorite Cannibal Corpse Guitarist
Mine has got to be Pat O'Brien...just watch him play Frantic Disembowelment. He has been a huge influence not only on my playing but on my practice ethic.

Alex Webster. I know he's the bassist, but he's really the main creative drive and I'm pretty sure he always has been.

Pat is by far the most talented. He rips to shreds many guitarists in the prog genre. But honestly Jack has written some awesome shit with the band, the solo on Return to Flesh is amazingly great to listen to. And Barrett is a close second on talent. He and Pat are fucking perfect for where CC is now.

Yep, what he said ^^^
Pat seems to be a shy person... either that or uber antisocial. He never looks at the camera, never takes part in interviews, never really talks to anybody and never has any expression on his face.

Irishmen pour whiskey on their meat
and they always wake up face down in the street
After booze goes down their throats
they then go have sex with goats
So their kids have cloven hooves instead of feet.
Bah diddy bah!

Yeah, it is. Not my material, but I'm thinking of starting a thread in lyrical/poetry devoted to the brilliance of Artie Kendall.

I find it bland, boring and very repetative. I don't think he really writes with a focuss on what he plays but rather a focuss on how he plays. Which makes the songs suffer from becomming a clone of each other.

That's happened to me a couple of times, too. Owens and Benton. Just throw a Celine Dion CD at him and he'll run into the woods or a neighbor's yard.

I'm not huge on Cannibal Corpse, but I'd say Jack Owen.
