basically it will have many text documents geard towards technique and and theory. it will have things like a chat room and what notbasically if your stuck and dont know what to do you would come here

yeah like a guitar heaven. put all the styles, techniques for all of them. i think it would be an excellent idea. but we'd need some very knowledgable(sp) people. you should put up some videos as well. yeah I definately think it would be a good idea. I mean there is hundreds of guitar sites, but if you are looking for one particular styleor something you usually gotta browse a bit. anyway I would definately visit

Sure I'd help, I mean I'm ot the greatest guitarist ever or anything but i could definately write up a couple of articles or something.
and another idea, seeing as people are CONSTANTLY asking for EX: What the best like guitar for like this sort of music???
we could list amps and equipment that work best for each genre. just a thought.

Also, maybe we should have a variety of musicians also w/ the really knowledgeable people. Knowlegdeable people are real important too.

Personally, I think we should make it more focused on one type of music. There are no websites devoted to metal like there are vs. all around websites like cyberfret. Whats gonna make people come to our site vs. the other bunch. If we mke it just for metal, it would be way better IMO. But I would contribute definately!  |

Well the ting is, if we had it about only metal, why yes it would be very unique i syuppose, would it be worth it? I mean if we cover a broader spectrum of music then its apealing to more people. but whatever either way

i have about 250+ guitar books dealing with every genre.. jazz, blues, metal, classical, slap & pop, folk, etc.. i'll definitely be able to contribute some to technique and general style of the different genres.
where are you going to host it? a forum would be a very good idea.. much better than one of the irc chat type scripts.
