Phobophile Solo
I was just at the Nile forum and a very nice chap there has transcribed the solo to Cryptopsy's Phobophile. I would have just linked straight to it but the formatting is all messed up on his post. Anyway, here it is:
Code:
CRYPTOPSY - PHOBOPHILE SOLO
h = Hammer pm.. = Palm Mute r = Return ^ = Artificial Harmonic
p = Pulloff s... = Sweep Pick b = Bend
Tuned to B, or something.
Code:

Some of the sweeps look really hard but I'm sure that may be down to how it was transcribed, ie, they could well be easier to perform if played in a different position. It looks correct to me though.

Just take it slowly at first - you might/will surprise yourself.

even though i cannot play this yet, i plan on getting to the point where I can (obviously), and was wondering if the solo will ever be tabbed in like B or C? Obviously thats a lot to ask, but im sure it would be even more satisfying. Im amazed that someone tabbed it at all, though...

I think it is in B - just that whoever tabbed it couldn't be bothered to change the tuning at the start of each tab staff.
