Since there's a retarded thread about Slipknot, I feel that there should be one about Motograter. I guess some may see them as Slipknot clones because they wear tribal makeup and have more than six members. But my opinion, way better and different that those 9 masked jackasses. They don't scream like pussies like the newer bands out there, Ghost is actually a really good singer. Plus they have a talented drummer as well. But whats odd about them, they only have one guitarist and no bassist. Also one member plays a homemade drum called a Motograter. So if you haven't checked them out because you thought they would be another Slipknot, guess again and check 'em out.

First off Trans, I thought the samething when I first saw them. But when I heard their music I decided that their way to good to be Slipknot.As for the tribal makeup and extra members, I read their bio and its says they've been around since 1993 I think. But they could have started the make up thing later, but I don't care. I like their music, I don't care what they look like; even though imagery is okay sometimes when it comes to music.

As for the members, here's the musicians I know they have. A singer, guitarist, drummer, a motograter player, keyboardist, tribal drummer, and a sampler. Don't ask me what a motograter sounds like, I can't hear it. But their music is good in my opinion. I'm sure they're are some that don't like them.

I didn't find them to be all that great when I saw them at ozzfest 2003. The singer seems to rap more than to growl or something. yo yo...Most of the bands at ozzfest 2003 sucked except for shadows fall, killswitch engage, and cradle of filth. I didn't see the main stage because it didn't have all that much and ozzy was sick. This last year (2004) seemed better so yeah...
