Great Finger Exercises

i was wondering if any of you guys know any good kick ass excersize to help with ur fingers dexterity..for a while ive been practicing to zakk wyldes bootcamp issue of guitar world and helped..but i want other excersices to practice with..

Get speed mechanics for lead guitar by Troy Setina. Its pretty good. Or type guitar finger exercises into google.

Is Speed Mechanics for Lead Guitar really good for metal and will it help you if you dont play lead? Also is it fun or just booring practice??

While we are on this finger exercises anyone know good metal riffs that require you to use your pinky. My pinky hardly gets any work and I want to put that into my playing...so any riffs?

Most (if not all) songs by Nile have riffs that require you to use all four fingers.

When I first started playing guitar, I thought powerchords were supposed to be played with your 1st and 4th fingers. So I got used to play with my 4th fingure a lot. I still play powerchords with my 1st and 4th fingers.
