Floating bridge to fixed bridge?

Is it possible to change a guitar from a floating bridge to a fixed bridge at all?
(Probably a lame question) I've seen a really nice looking guitar that i want to use for two hand tapping but it has a floating bridge, I need a fixed bridge and wondered if I could change it?

Yeah, it's possible. It would probably cost a lot to get someone else to do it for you though.

You can do this http://projectguitar.com/tut/tht1.htm

or simply disable the trem.
