hey people....help me .. i hav installed EMG ZW set ...EMG 81 in bridge and 85 in neck position of my washburn N2 guitar. it has a 3 way troggle switch..and i hav connected a tone also.but the problem is ... i'm getting a hissing noise when i switch to my bridge pickup...even after using noise gate .and the tone of the bridge pickup (EMG 81) is thin and the output level is also less than the neck one ...it sounds too treblish...midrange and bass are cut. But the neck pickup is perfectly alright...no noise and smooth tone.
i hav followed the wiring diagram.plz help me ...is there any problem in the bridge pickup?

Make sure all solders are really good and everything is wrapped in electrical tape (like the battery and the solders). Tell me if that doesnt work
