anybody who works with html and style sheets should be aware that Mozilla and Firefox doesnt render CSS's that overright other ones, i.e. if you put your definitions in the head, then redefine in an individual tag it will render the head one, rather than overwriting it.

dutch, french, a bit of flemish (belgian/dutch), german, english and a bit of norwegian, but norwegian is really difficult to speak, I can write and read it though.
anyways, we get german, french and english at school to start off with, some people take latin or spanish to go with that....

Your school dosen't. Alot of schools do though. I took Spanish from 3rd till 8th grade back in the day and then went into Spanish 2 freshman year and got my ass raped. So from my expierence, you really don't learn much from elementry/junior high laungauge courses. Of course, that could just be me..but then again, I rule.

Don't learn german. It's really fucking hard to learn it till you do it correctly. Syntax, grammar, declinations, ... are very confusing, so confusing, that most germans don't do it correctly.
Some teachers organized together for "organization for securing the genetive". Ok, it's more humorous, but most people son't use this declination. |

i did indonesian for 11 years, until yr 10
we did indonesian in primary school then got the option of that, german or french for secondary school, which we had ot do for a couple of years, then i did it for a couple more years so i could get out of doing shitty school PE

I did some really nasty (pure fucking evil) forecasting methods in my final year at university. The module was titled, "Time Series Analysis With Applications To Finance". It nearly killed me, some of the proofs were 2 and a half pages long!
I preferred calculus, too, hence I chose all the applied maths modules that I could in my final year. Alas, calculus throws up some horrendous proofs also! Some maybe short and swift, some may take half an hour to write out, but one thing's certain in maths: there's no escape from proofs!
