Flower Metal = CoB
They suck. And did you notice CoB backwards is BoC? That could either be Blue Oyster Cult, or our very own BeastOfCarrion.

They are mediocre. At least to me. Like I said, if you like them, you like them. I was just giving my opinion.

every song has the happiest power metal riffs, but they have black metal singing, and maybe drumming...all they did was annoy me when i saw them waiting for Dimmu to go on.

CHILDREN OF BODOM'S LAIHO Shows Off His Technique, Band Comment On Upcoming Tour
CHILDREN OF BODOM guitarist/vocalist Alexi Laiho is featured on Guitar World's inaugural CD-ROM insert in the magazine's November 2004 issue, currently on newsstands. Fans will be able to watch him run through various tracks step by step and see his technique in vivid detail.
As previously reported, CHILDREN OF BODOM will embark on a national U.S. tour alongside FEAR FACTORY, LAMB OF GOD and THROWDOWN this October. This will be the quintet's third U.S. tour in support of their highly acclaimed new album, "Hate Crew Deathroll". This trek, their last until the release of their next album, will also see the band performing a 45-minute set for the very first time in the U.S. The track "Needled 24/7" will also be featured on the new "MTV2 Headbanger's Ball Vol. 2" CD released this week.
CHILDREN OF BODOM bassist Henkka T. Blacksmith had the following to say regarding the upcoming tour: "So CHILDREN OF BODOM will return to the U.S. very soon. We have done a lot of shows over there lately, but we decided to do this tour because it's a very interesting package. We are looking forward to play with all three bands, and it's going to be an extremely heavy tour. It is very cool for us that we can be part of this package, and we hope to see all the COB fans there too. I am really looking forward to it."

Just go to the venue and buy tickets
Unfortunately, This tour will not be coming to Minneapolis. No matter, I'm not huge fans of these bands and I'm seeing Cannibal Corpse and Slayer around that time anyways.

Can't wait for the Oct 9th show. Its a mere 12 hours away (6am as of posting). I saw lamb of god and throwdown at ozzfest so I know what to expect but I'm eager to see Children of Bodom and Fear Factory, although i'm not to familar with Fear Factory. One bad thing about Bodom though is the keyboard solos. Fucking annoying shit.

Wow, what a fucking awesome show, Alexi was incredible, a couple of times during his solos I was like... Damm, that was cool. I was front row center for the whole show, with a gorgeous girl straddling me, look for me on the Lamb of God DVD that they were shooting there! That was by far the best show I have ever been to. My friend got a stick from Lamb of God, thats what happens when you wait for 6 hrs outside the Ogden before the show.

When do we get a tour with CoB getting close to top billing? After going to the Dimmu show where they played about 6 songs, I hope they get a respectable set length this tour.

Ooooffff, I was about 4 feet away from Alexi the whole time at Saratoga Winners, he makes that shit look soooo easy. Does anybody know who the second guitarist is?? About 40 years old, long hair, beerbelly-? Bodom was not really that into it, the drummer was having the best time. His legs are like a goddamn machine with that double bass. Every one had a towel, a bottle of water, and a beer laid on their amps for them. I think the keyboard player was drinking his beer and playing at the same time.
Fear Factory's drummer was good, the rest of the band sucked.
Lamb of God didn't impress me.
Oh yeah, Throwdown was a disgrace.

The other guy is Roope Latvala. They were friggin awesome when I saw them. The only problem was that they played a short set.

Yeah, the Ogden theater in denver, I went to the arch enemy cradle of filth show and caught an arch enemy drum stick, I was on the second level against the rail, I left partway through CoF though, I can't stand Dani's vocals, too much shreiking and stuttering
