i havent been able to play guitar for 2 weeks, so just today i picked it up again today and i played for an hour, and for some reason i could n't get the speed for some solos which i had 2 weeks ago this is so frustrating.....so have i gotten crappier? or do i just need an extra hour or 2 to refresh my guitar playing skills?

You just need torefresh your skils a little more. I was on vacation seeing my dad and got back a couple days ago, so I hadn't played drums for over a week, but when I got home I was faster...or so I thought.
i hate it how musical memory and muscular memory i lost if you dont keep at it constantly, i would think that the fact i was decent at keyboard a few years ago and i THINK that would help me now, but recently ive started as a school requirement, and im basically the worst
it wont take that long for u to get as good as u were. i once had my guitar taken for about 3-6 months, and i was actually better. i played air guitar the whole time though
Usualy when I go out of town for a couple days, when I get back I cant play very well. It usualy just takes an hour or so of practice to get back where I was.

a 2 week break will set you back. depending on how much you play, and how much you normally played before that, it may take a week or 2 to get back to where you were.
